Cancellation policy

This placeholder cancellation policy will be confirmed with the park owner before launch.

Customers may cancel eligible bookings from their account. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session start time will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or failure to attend, are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by the park administrator.
